What is a sworn translation?

A sworn translation, in addition to being rigorous and precise, is certified by a sworn translator who attests to the accuracy of the translation. The final sworn translation contains the seal and signature of a sworn translator who is recognized by the Spanish Foreign Ministry.

Sworn translations must always be delivered to the client as a hard copy because they include the sworn translators seal and signature. Therefore, if a client requests, we can email the client a copy of the translation before sending the hard copy. We can send the final copy of a sworn translation to the client via courier or certified mail depending on the urgency of the translation. Courier and/or postal fees will be charged to the client in the final invoice.

What is a simple translation?

A simple translation is a rigorous and precise translation that does not require legal validation.

How long does a translation take?

The time it takes to translate a document depends on a variety of factors: type and specialization of the text, language combination, and word count among others. At NachTee we adapt to our client's needs and will work with you to ensure you receive your translation on time, and within your timeframe.

Do you provide proofreading services?

Yes. At NachTee we provide both translation and proofreading services. Whether you need a translation proofread in order to ensure its quality and precision or you need a text written by a non-native speaker proofread to ensure that there are no grammatical or syntactical errors, we can provide both of these services.

How can I send my document?

You can send your document via email to info@nachtee.com, via our online form or via courier.

In what formats can I send my document?

We accept .txt, .rtf, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .xls,.xlsx, .jpgs, and of course, paper. Our request form only permits files up to 5MB in size, so if your file exceeds this size, please send it by email or use an online service such as Dropbox, WeTransfer or YouSendIt.

Can I send a paper copy of my document?

If you only have a paper copy of the document you need translated, you can scan the document and attach it to the request form, send it to us via email, or you can have it delivered to NachTee’s offices via courier.

How will I receive my translation?

There are multiple ways that we can deliver your final document(s). It really depends on your needs and the size of the project. We can email small projects. Large projects can be delivered via services such as Dropbox, WeTransfer or YouSendIt.

Can I request a second revision?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the translation you receive, you can request a second revision free of charge.
